- Annual Review: Our representatives will contact you annually to verify and update your information, and to assess your continued suitability for our services.
- Updated Account Opening Process: You will be required to declare your source of funds and source of wealth used in transactions with Paygo International Pte Ltd.
- Inactive or Non-Cooperative Accounts: Customers who are inactive or unable to provide the required documentation may have their services terminated.
These updates reflect our new strategic direction, which prioritises enhanced regulatory compliance, improved customer security, greater transparency and peace of mind.
While we aim to make this process as seamless as possible, we understand it may cause some initial inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and apologise in advance for any disruption.
